Here is what you've all been waiting for....Weekend Crop information! To reserve your spot, please mail your $100.00 deposit to: P.S. I Love You, 331 N. Aurora St. Easton, MD 21601. Please include your mailing address, phone number, and email. Also include how many nights you are staying and who will be in your room, if you know. If not, we'll iron out the details when it gets a little closer.
The Grand Hotel (www.grandhoteloceancity.com) on 21st Street in Ocean City, Maryland will be the host for our annual winter getaway on February 12-15, 2009. The fun begins on Friday and continues until 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
***You may stay at the night at the hotel on Thursday and begin cropping early on Friday!!!! (Additional fee of $110.00/room applies for extra night in hotel.) The cost will be divided among the number of croppers staying Thursday night.
The prices are as follows:
2 nights (Friday & Saturday) Single Occupancy $320.00
Double Occupancy $235.00/person
Triple Occupancy $200.00/person
Quad Occupancy $185.00/person
3 nights (Friday, Sat.,& Sun.) Single Occupancy $420.00
Double Occupancy $280.00/person
Triple Occupancy $250.00/person
Quad Occupancy $240.00/person
Prices include an ocean front premiere view hotel room, cropping fees, a generous gift (not a goody bag), tool table, and prizes. We will give away some awesome prizes! Onsite vendors will be available. Vendors will offer classes for an additional fee.
POLICIES
***If you attended the President’s Day Weekend Crop in 2009, you have until September 31, 2009 to guarantee your spot. On October 1st I will sell the remaining spots. WARNING: I have groups waiting for the available spots!!***
Requesting information does not hold your spot. Your spot is not reserved until I receive a deposit of $100.00. This crop will sell out quickly! Statements with class information and contest details will be mailed in January 2010.
Final payment is due NO LATER THAN January 25, 2010. If your fees are not paid by that date, your spot will be offered to someone on the waiting list, and you forfeit your deposit.
If you must cancel, please contact us right away so that we can try to fill your spot. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, and we are unable to fill your spot, you forfeit your deposit.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after February 7, 2010.
Only vendors set up in the scrapbooking area are allowed to sell scrapbooking supplies. Anyone caught selling supplies “under the table” will not be allowed to attend other P.S. I Love You events.
